The first major project for the new year is the four-star Pullman Hotel in Central London. Situated in the recently redeveloped stylish Kings Cross, and a short stroll to St Pancras International Station.
With a sixteen-week contract and a budget of £800,000, HGM will design, build and install the Hotel’s entire mechanical plant, which will include eight Hamworthy boilers, heating system, mechanical pipework and water treatment.
Utilising state of the art technology, the focus will be on sustainability, and efficiency. With advanced monitoring and control systems energy usage will be optimised and wastage will be minimised.
In addition, the company will integrate smart and connective solutions that will enable remote monitoring, predictive maintenance and real time data analysis.
